About logo personalisation:
Because every biscuit is handcrafted — not printed — not all logos can be reproduced. We review every design before confirming your order. Logos that work best are text-based with no black backgrounds. Once you submit your order, we'll be in touch to confirm approval or suggest any tweaks.
Dietary options:
Available in regular flour. A gluten free option is also available — just let us know when you order. For any other ingredient substitutions or dietary requirements, please read more here or contact us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.
Made to order in Brisbane. For large corporate orders, we recommend reaching out early to lock in your lead time.

Our alfajores doughs do not contain nuts. However, some fillings do.
Gluten-Free Alfajores
Eggs, butter, pure icing sugar, vanilla extract, honey, gluten-free starches (maize, tapioca), gluten-free flours (rice, maize), rice bran, thickener (415), cocoa powder, corn flour, baking powder, bi-carb soda, lemon or orange zest, food colouring, fondant.
Regular Alfajores
Eggs, butter, pure icing sugar, vanilla extract, honey, wheat flour, cocoa powder, corn flour, baking powder, bi-carb soda, lemon or orange zest, food colouring, fondant.

We offer a variety of generous, handcrafted fillings, inspired by classic flavours and a touch of Latin magic:

Treats Care
Our products are baked fresh and never loaded with preservatives. Each treat is heat-sealed to help maintain freshness and should be stored in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 25°C. When stored this way, they’ll stay at their best for up to two weeks before the texture and flavour begin to change. If you don’t think you’ll enjoy them within that time, we recommend popping them straight into the freezer as soon as they arrive. Frozen, they can be enjoyed for up to one month.

We currently ship within Australia.
Please allow 5 business days for dispatch and 1–2 business days for delivery. Express shipping times may vary depending on your location. You can check estimated delivery times to your destination here.
Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 15:00 pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Orders can be collected free of charge from our home-based bakery in 4/95 Lytton Road, Bulimba, Queensland 4171.
Delivery Time Frame
We can only guarantee the dispatch date, not the delivery date.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Small orders (up to 3 items) require a minimum of 3 days for production.
Larger orders (4 items or more) require a minimum of 5 business days.
Our treats are packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
As our products are handcrafted and made to order, refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but refunds may be available in certain circumstances, such as when a product is faulty or does not meet your order specifications. When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

You may select a preferred delivery date at checkout; however, we’re unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. We can only provide an estimated delivery timeframe or confirm the dispatch date.
