Please note: We guarantee the dispatch date, not the delivery date.

We ship Australia-wide — brownies, cookies, and alfajores. Cake pops and chocolate-coated products are available for delivery within Queensland only, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Production times:

  • Small orders (1–99 items): require a minimum of 1 to 3 business days for production, depending on the product.

  • Large orders ((100+ items): require a minimum of 5 business days for production.

We recommend placing your order well in advance, especially for events and celebrations!

After selecting a dispatch date in the cart, you'll choose one of the following delivery options at checkout:

  • Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days after production. Fee from $15.90–$42.90 (0 to 11 kg).

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days after production. Fee from $10.90–$30.90 (0 to 11 kg).

  • Free Delivery: Available for all purchases over $150 AUD.

  • Free Pick-Up: Orders can be collected free of charge from Bulimba, Queensland 4171.

Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, and seasonal demand.

If no one is home when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will attempt to leave it in a safe place. If no safe place is available, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office. Please note that Australia Post no longer leaves an 'attempted delivery' note — check your tracking information to confirm delivery status.

If sending to a business address, please include the full unit/shop/apartment number to ensure successful delivery.
