2. Are your products gluten free?

Most of our products are gluten free option and made with the finest ingredients. Our Shortbread Biscuits (Alfajores) are available in a regular or gluten free option — please check each product description for details.

3. Can I personalise my treats?

Absolutely!

• Brownies & Cake Pops: Add a name, date, or short message. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or special surprises.

4. How are your treats made?

Every treat is handmade, artisanal and crafted with love. We pay attention to every detail to ensure they not only taste amazing but also look beautiful.

5. Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver to Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and South Australia (SA). Shipping costs apply based on weight and delivery speed, and we carefully pack your order to arrive fresh and intact.

6. How much notice do you need for my order?

Preparation times vary depending on the size of your order:

• Small orders: 1 to 3 business days, depending on the product.
• Large orders (100+ items): A minimum of 5 business days' notice is required to ensure the best quality and availability.

If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend ordering as early as possible — especially for events and celebrations!

7. Can I order for a special event?

Definitely! Our personalised treats are perfect for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, or any celebration. We can work with you to make your treats match your theme and make the day extra special.

8. How long will my treats stay fresh?

• Brownies: Best within 7– 14 days.
• Cake Pops: Best within 5 - 10 days.
  Keep them in a cool, dry place or refrigerate if needed. All our products can last up to 3 months if frozen, wrapped in film and in cold-resistant bags.

9. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online store, select your products, choose any personalisation options, and check out. We'll take care of the rest!

10. Do you cater for allergies other than gluten?

We use high-quality ingredients, but our kitchen handles nuts (only in peanut butter ganache), dairy, and other common allergens like eggs. Please check each product description and contact us if you have specific allergy concerns.

11. Can I gift your treats directly to someone?

Yes! We can deliver directly to the recipient and include personalised messages with your order. Perfect for surprises and celebrations.
