To ensure we can meet your needs accurately and safely, all special ingredient requests, dietary requirements, and recipe modifications must be discussed and confirmed with us before placing your order.

- Allergen-related requests
- Ingredient substitutions
- Specific brands or types of ingredients
- Reduced sugar or alternative sweeteners
- Vegetarian, vegan, or other dietary preferences
- Changes to our standard recipes
Please note that custom ingredient requests may:
- Incur an additional charge due to higher ingredient costs
- Require extra preparation time
- Be subject to ingredient availability
- Affect minimum order quantities or production schedules
If a special request is included in the order notes or communicated after an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be accommodated. Where possible, we will contact you to discuss your request and advise of any additional costs or changes to the order timeline.
Any price adjustments must be approved before production begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders will be prepared using our standard recipes and ingredients.
While we take every reasonable precaution when handling ingredients, all products are prepared in a kitchen that processes common allergens, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. As a result, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces of allergens.
