Our alfajores are more than just biscuits, they’re little pieces of tradition, lovingly handmade with soft chocolate biscuits, creamy fillings, and finished with a smooth chocolate coating. Each alfajores is truly artisanal, crafted with care and the finest ingredients, bringing the flavours of South America straight to your table.
We offer corporate and personalised alfajores, ideal for brand gifting, events, client thank-you, weddings, birthdays and special celebrations. For corporate orders, you can choose one flavour for all alfajores, creating a cohesive and elegant presentation.
Our alfajores are available in gluten-free and regular options, so you can choose what best suits your needs.
Each Alfajor weighs between 95 to 100 grams.

Logo Personalisation – Important Information
You may upload your logo for personalisation. All logos are reviewed before approval, as our alfajores are handcrafted and not produced using edible printers. For this reason, not all logos can be accepted.
Logo conditions:
-Text-only logos
-No black backgrounds
Once your logo is reviewed, you will receive an email confirming whether it has been approved or if any adjustments are needed.

Ingredients
Our alfajores doughs do not contain nuts. However, some fillings do.
Gluten-Free Alfajores
Eggs, butter, pure icing sugar, vanilla extract, honey, gluten-free starches (maize, tapioca), gluten-free flours (rice, maize), rice bran, thickener (415), cocoa powder, corn flour, baking powder, bi-carb soda, lemon or orange zest, food colouring, fondant.
Regular Alfajores
Eggs, butter, pure icing sugar, vanilla extract, honey, wheat flour, cocoa powder, corn flour, baking powder, bi-carb soda, lemon or orange zest, food colouring, fondant.
Our Fillings
We offer a variety of generous, handcrafted fillings, inspired by classic flavours and a touch of Latin magic:
-Dulce de leche (caramel)
-Dulce de leche & raspberry jam
-Mocha (decaf coffee, cream & chocolate)
-Nutella ganache (Nutella & chocolate)

Our alfajores may be coated in:
-Dark chocolate
-White chocolate
-Nutella alfajores are coated in milk chocolate and finished with ground hazelnuts for an extra indulgent touch.

Treats Care
Our products are baked fresh and never loaded with preservatives. Each treat is heat-sealed to help maintain freshness and should be stored in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 25°C. When stored this way, they’ll stay at their best for up to two weeks before the texture and flavour begin to change. If you don’t think you’ll enjoy them within that time, we recommend popping them straight into the freezer as soon as they arrive. Frozen, they can be enjoyed for up to one month.
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia.
Please allow 5 business days for dispatch and 1–2 business days for delivery. Express shipping times may vary depending on your location. You can check estimated delivery times to your destination here.
Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 15:00 pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Larger orders (4 items or more) require a minimum of 5 business days.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I request a specific date and time?
You may select a preferred delivery date at checkout; however, we’re unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. We can only provide an estimated delivery timeframe or confirm the dispatch date.
