Our Gluten Free Loaded Brownie Slab is baked fresh to order and made for people who actually love chocolate. It’s deeply fudgy, soft in the middle and full of flavour, made with real chocolate that melts as you bite into it.
Inside, there’s a thick layer of creamy dulce de leche, adding that warm Latin sweetness that feels like home. On top, a smooth chocolate finish that ties it all together, rich, comforting and seriously moreish.

Ingredients
Our brownies are 100% gluten-free, with no regular wheat flours. They’re rich, fudgy and made from scratch using carefully selected ingredients.
Ingredients:
Eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, gluten-free flours (rice, maize), rice bran, thickener (415), baking powder and dark chocolate.
Filling:
A generous layer of smooth dulce de leche (caramel).
Topping:
Finished with a silky dark chocolate sauce made with chocolate, thickened cream, instant decaf coffee and cooking-grade olive oil.
Our brownies can also be personally customised with fondant lettering and decorative details, making them perfect for gifts, celebrations or something extra special.
Important:
While our brownies are gluten-free, we do also make products that contain gluten, such as cookies and alfajores. We take great care to avoid cross-contamination. Although everything is prepared in the same kitchen, we use separate equipment and follow strict processes to keep our gluten-free brownies as safe as possible.
Our brownies do not contain nuts. However, some of our other products may contain nuts.

Treats Care
Our products are baked fresh and never loaded with preservatives. Each treat is heat-sealed to help maintain freshness and should be stored in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 25°C. When stored this way, they’ll stay at their best for up to two weeks before the texture and flavour begin to change. If you don’t think you’ll enjoy them within that time, we recommend popping them straight into the freezer as soon as they arrive. Frozen, they can be enjoyed for up to one month.
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia.
Please allow 3–4 business days for dispatch and 1–2 business days for delivery. Express shipping times may vary depending on your location. You can check estimated delivery times to your destination here.
Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 15:00 pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We can only guarantee the dispatch date, not the delivery date.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Small orders (up to 3 items) require a minimum of 3 days for production.
Larger orders (4 items or more) require a minimum of 5 business days.
Our treats are packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I request a specific date and time?
You may select a preferred delivery date at checkout; however, we’re unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. We can only provide an estimated delivery timeframe or confirm the dispatch date.
