Our Shortbread Sandwich Biscuits are made with love, tradition, and the best quality ingredients. We offer two styles of Shortbread Sandwich Biscuits: gluten-free and regular, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
While most of our range is gluten-free, we do also make Shortbread Sandwich Biscuits that contain gluten. We take great care with our gluten-free Shortbread Sandwich Biscuits to avoid cross-contamination. Although everything is prepared in the same kitchen, we use separate equipment and follow strict processes to keep them as safe as possible.
Our Shortbread Sandwich Biscuits doughs do not contain nuts. However, some fillings do.
Gluten-Free Shortbread Sandwich Biscuits
Eggs, butter, pure icing sugar, vanilla extract, honey, gluten-free starches (maize, tapioca), gluten-free flours (rice, maize), rice bran, thickener (415), cocoa powder, corn flour, baking powder, bi-carb soda, lemon or orange zest, food colouring, fondant.
Regular Shortbread Sandwich Biscuits
Eggs, butter, pure icing sugar, vanilla extract, honey, wheat flour, cocoa powder, corn flour, baking powder, bi-carb soda, lemon or orange zest, food colouring, fondant.

Chocolate Coatings
Our Shortbread Sandwich Biscuit is coated in Dark Chocolate.
