Brownies - Ingredients

Our brownies are 100% gluten-free, with no regular wheat flours. They're rich, fudgy and made from scratch using carefully selected ingredients.

Ingredients:
Eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, gluten-free flours (rice, maize), rice bran, thickener (415) and baking powder.

Filling:
A generous layer of smooth dulce de leche (caramel).

Topping:
Finished with a silky dark chocolate sauce made with chocolate, thickened cream, instant decaf coffee and cooking-grade olive oil.
Our brownies can also be personally customised with fondant lettering and decorative details, making them perfect for gifts, celebrations or something extra special.

Important:
While our brownies are gluten-free, we do also make products that contain gluten, such as cookies and shortbread sandwich biscuits (alfajores). We take great care to avoid cross-contamination. Although everything is prepared in the same kitchen, we use separate equipment and follow strict processes to keep our gluten-free brownies as safe as possible.


Our brownies do not contain nuts. However, some of our other products may contain nuts.
